8 week session over 11 weeks
Work towards building confidence in your practice. Each week we will focus on advancing by starting with the basics; working on proper alignment and modifications to help grow your practice. Great for all abilities. The style of yoga is Vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement, moving from one pose to another with ease. Classes are 1hr. Come prepared with a mat & water bottle. If you own yoga props please bring them.
